It's jiz and yellow eye-ring was very distinctive. Like a huge dark falcon. Tried to catch a hirundine. aBlack-shouldered Kite 2 aAfrican Fish-eagle 3 aMontagu's Harrier 2 aAfrican Hawk-eagle 1. An adult with almost clean whitish underparts. Although superficially like an Augur while perched, its underparts and longish tail indicated otherwise. Wing action different from hobby/eleanora's. aLanner Falcon 1 aMontane Nightjar 1. Heard calling outside the window during the night.
